Terms of Service

Welcome to Docket. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Docket mobile application, operated by Docket App ("we," "us," or "our"). By using Docket, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Service

Docket provides a software platform designed to digitize the cloakroom experience by facilitating digital ticketing and payments. Docket strictly provides the software infrastructure; we do not operate physical cloakrooms, nor do we handle, store, secure, or monitor physical items.

2. No Liability for Items

Because Docket is solely a software intermediary, we accept zero liability or responsibility for any lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled items. Any disputes regarding the physical storage, loss, or damage of your property must be resolved directly with the event organizers or venue operating the cloakroom.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments made through Docket (such as the per-item cloakroom fee) are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). All fees paid through the Docket app are strictly non-refundable. In the event that an item is lost or damaged by a venue, the Docket software fee cannot and will not be refunded.

4. User Accounts

You must provide a valid phone number and first name to use Docket. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the one-time passwords (OTPs) used to access your account.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
